Here at 33411, 33404, 33407 and 33470 (and other zip
codes I'm sure), the USPS has been farming out their
Priority Mail to air and surface carriers who have
been known to take their sweet time with delivery
during the last 2-years.

This is factual information from the postmaster of
the W.P.B. FL central post office at 33411. If
they do it here in South Florida, it may also
be normal practice in other areas.
