I advertised for design clay chips in 1977 and in the early spring a woman called and said she had some; I drove out; old farm house; old woman in the back tying up sweet peas; she had a paper bag of chips; didn't want much; they were dirty - the monkey dog & cat chips(looked like she used them as starters for her seeds); and I bought them only because I had driven so far and she looked like she could use the $5. Got home; spilled out the chips and there were two IN-LG 5 chips--worn and ugly. I still have one. Whenever I see it I think of early NY spring and sweet peas.
