I agree......... One thing I'd like to point out is that if the dealers apologize and offer to refund your money or replace the stuff at their own expense, plead ignorance, etc., THAT DOES NOT ABSOLVE THEM AT ALL. Most of them know what they are doing. They know the percentages and are taking a calculated risk that most buyers will not go through the trouble of complaining. If they apologize and make refunds for the 5% or so that complain, so what?
