Paul I can only sympathize with you, you are not alone.
As someone said in [part 1] share your info with us so we won't get burned. Perhaps over a period of time we can compile a list of people who have been flagrant violators.
Remember that there are procedures to follow if these are club members. Perhaps it would be prudent to ask before buying.
