I have at least 3 of the Diamond Chips boxes. I always thought they were neat. You don't see them too often. All of the boxes are like yours and say 100 chips on the lid. One of mine says 1-1/2 inch chips, another 1-3/8', and the third says 1-1/4." As Travis says, they come with plain chips, usually red, white and blue clay chips. The 1-1/4" one came with all brown chips (Keith, if you email me, I'll send you one, gratis). Once, as I recall, the chips had a horseshoe on them; a rather common chip...............It is hard to know what came in the boxes if they are not named on the box since anyone over time was free to put whatever chips he chose into the box.................Finally, I have shown a scan of a very neat similar box top (wood, like those old chess boxes with the sliding top), which says "Registered April 22, '84."
