I have the white $100 Monte Carlo unused, with no evidence of cancellation. That's the only chip I've seen that wasn't. Of course, there must have been some chips saved from the tables before the place was sold so there will be uncancelled chips out there. I would expect them to be used, though.

Many of the Monte Carlo chips had a very light cancel and you do have to look close if the chip has had a manicure.

By the way, I'm still looking for the $2.50 variety without edge inserts if someone has an extra.
