That's it I believe you sparked a memory...The 20 game loser was Al Jackson? I never rooted for them either but you couldn't read the sport pages without shaking your head at the ways they found to lose a game. Somebody wearing a Mets hat or shirt had to be a tough guy or commitable in those days! I've never been to Shea or the (new) Stadium but I sure would like to go for the first time next week.
