Ran across this chip on the tables at Harrahs, Reno. It's not in TCR. Wondered if this is one that came out last December for the 'real Millenium' celebration? It's numbered, the only serialized chip I know of from Harrah's Reno. The Tahoe location did have the serialized Bud penguin chips.
