Mr. Smith,
I am sorry that you misinterpreted my post. I was simply adding information pertinent to the debate that was raging about the identity of "chipdeals". I simply looked at the feedback for chipdeals and found one that mentioned the name of the seller. This is public information that is available to anyone who can type www.ebay.com and clink on a few links. You WERE an innocent bystander and in fact your feedback to chipdeals was of a positive nature.
I do, however, have to publicly state that I am relatively new to "the boardwalk bulletin board" but I am seriously wondering if this is a place that I want to spend valuable time. It was my understanding that this medium was primarily for sharing information that is important to chip collectors. From MANY recent posts I am starting to believe that it is really a place for people to rant and rave incoherently.
Does anyone else feel this way?
Is there anyway to return to civility?
I will not let these concern dampen my enthusiasm for chipping. Additionally I will not be dragged down into the mud with the "ranters".
May the gods help to save this "hobby."
PS Mr. Jay Sands, thank you for your post in my defense!
