I wasn't aware of it until last night but you can set up a "Blocked Bidder List" on ebay by clicking on the link below. Then you don't have to deal with the same dead beat bidder ever again.

BTW, if this jokers check is not in my mail box tomorrow, I'm filing a NPB form Sunday as the 45 day time limit runs out on Monday.
