I made my reservations way way back around Christmas as I recall; got a confirmation #. Called in last night to see if I could get a special deal for my friend on the Trop's Special Deal card. The reservationist said no, not transferable. I said, I have reservations but what if I take this one in my name too? She then checked for my reservation and came back with the startling announcement that I have no reservation. I gave her my Confirmation #--she said that didn't compute and neither did I. So I made new reservations. Then just to be sure I wasn't completely losing my mind, I called the AC Trop to see if I had stupidly reserved a room there for May 28 etc. Nope, no reservation there. So the Trop lost my previous reservation. Good thing I checked since I would have been one unhappy puppy if I arrived and had to sleep in the street.
