Todd, of course one can be asked, even commanded, to leave a property. If the request/command is not complied with, the individual can be removed. With force if necessary. But, the individual can not be held & photographed against his will. At the least I would think a lawsuit is forthcoming (lawyer word). This is interesting as all get out, at least to me.
