Hey Travis, did I read that right? A man is in a public place (in NH anyway, businesses open to the public are considered public places), not engaging in an illegal activity, when people, not police officers with probable cause, forceably take control of him, physically remove him from the public place, and take his photograph without his consent? In NH this is called kidnapping. It is a felony punishable by LIFE IN PRISON. In the NH I live in the "goons" would have been looking down the barrel of my Glock. My question is: how in the world can this action by Binion's be legally justified? Facinating stuff.
