Sounds like Bob pretty much nailed it. I really think you need to make a trip to Greenville to see what chips they are using now.

I'll never forget my trip to Bayou Caddy's. It was my first trip to southern Mississippi. It was late at night and sprinkling slightly. I turned off the highway on to the 2 lane blacktop that led to the casino. There was about a 10 mile stretch where the speed limit was 40 mph. No lights, no other cars, spanish moss hanging from the trees, I almost turned back.
