Just to follow up. Here is a link to a search of yahoo auctions for PSA graded sports cards (Ebay is down right now).
At this time you can see some high end stuff, and you can also see stuff at prices under $5. I don't know much about cards, but I will assume that these inexpensive pieces are not HIGH END.
The majority of this stuff is not high end.
