Amy, To my knowledge, no publication other than the club magazine has ever "sanctioned" by the club. There is no process and I don't personally anticipate that the club would undertake to "sanction" any publication, product or business.
Archie, as President for many years could answer the question regarding "sanctioning" prior to my tenure on the Board.

I suspect that James, in praising Archie's book resorted to hyperbole. I have to agree that it is the definitive guide to Atlantic City chips but I don't feel that the club should be involved in "sanctioning" or giving approval to member publications.
