So, if Schiffer Publishing, Ltd gave permission to ICG to use the information from the book for the purposes of grading chips to be slabbed then the book and Schiffer Publishing, Ltd should be added to the list of people and things dealing with slabbed chips. Even though they are not selling slabbed chips they are assisting ICG and therefore they need to be boycotted.
