By the way, the ICG submission quotes someone who claims to have been ripped off by someone over grading, but no name and he names no one. Was a sandbag job. Does the guy who wrote that even come here anymore? Was that a setup job? Why didn't he use the 10 day return policy, if he didn't like the goods.

A friend of a friend, who says their cousin once actually had this happen to them. ;-) If ICG wants to make a valid point (which they did in a cople of instances) they should not use a setup and unsubstantiated claim from someone who isn't even named himself.
