I doubt that they would care; with "caveat emptor" stated and because of the way this guy words his captions, I would think they would say it's not a fraud. I turned the "judge" in last year (1999) when he was blatently palming off fantasy chips as real chips and they weren't terribly interested at that time although ultimately they pulled his "license." In my opinion this guy's being deceptively dishonest but I've done all I think I can do to stop him.
