Here is our chance to see if we can affect the chip policy. Send me an email that I will print an attach to the letter below and send by snail mail to Mr Madow. I remember People getting on planes in the past to change chip policies and THEY WERE SUCCESSFUL.

Sir,
I have been advised by my chip dealer, who provides a valuable service to those of us who have no way in hell of obtaining a new limited release from Las Vegas, that you have changed the release policy at the Four Queens.
If you would allow me a few minutes of your valuable time to explain the collectors view, you might reconsider your position.
I belong to an Organization called The Casino Collectors and Gaming Tokens Collectors Club whose membership numbers are over 5000. Our annual Convention in Vegas this year May 30th - June 2 will host to over 5000 attendees. 95% are in the hobby for fun. They enjoy sharing the History and hunt of Gambling Memorabilia 5% are in it for greed and profit.
Dealers who provide a new chip buying service for non Vegas people only charge their customers a dollar or 2 to stand in line, do many correspondence, package and ship the chips. Their gain is modest at most.
When a Casino limits the number of chips a dealer can get he limits the collectors happiness. I cannot understand why and worthwhile chip release would be numbered under 1000 and in most cases 2 or 3000. As my buddies in the Real Estate Club say; "FOLLOW THE MONEY"".
I would suggest that Casinos let dealers pre-order and this would determine your final order quantity as indicated by the popularity of dealers pre-orders. A very limited release does nothing for the hobby, but induces GREED.
I would think that positive advertising is what you want for your property. I am going to propose at the Convention Business meeting in May 2001 that we designate certain Casinos. "CHIPPER FRIENDLY" and support their chip release programs. To the other casinos I suggest we turn in their chips to their Casino cage in May and spend our limit dollars at only "CHIPPER FRIENDLY" Casinos.
Just to give you an example of our online computer network, I am going to post this letter before I send it to you, and ask others to reply and send you a print out of ALL the replies.
That you for your time and I hope you see the point of view of the Collectors, and not the "GREEDY GRABBERS."
