Brian you go ahead & do an Indian book & list all the numbers letters or what have you. You don't think the order of issue is more important than a made up meaningless number? Believe me it is a lot more difficult than to just write out numbers.
If a person wants a list of their collection & needs numbers or letters to have hidden prices they paid & dates bought etc to catalog, then there is a use.
Indian casinos are not regulated casinos. They should for the most part be in a book on illegal casino's. That is one good thing about writing a book you can include what you want.
I don't know of an Indian book & if that is your area of interest I praise you in writing a book!
