John; I DID read the entire thread. Nowhere did I see that this proposal was presented to "THE CLUB". A post on this bulletin board is not submitting an idea to "THE CLUB". An email to the current Board or to the new incoming Board is presenting the idea to "THE CLUB".

Mr. Gardner's post stated; "I will start with a couple of thoughts. Now don't attack them, just offer your opinions and additions.

I didn't attack anything that anyone posted in the thread, I merely asked "Who is we?" in response to Mr. Gardner's invitation ... and no one has responded to my question with a legitimate answer.
