It just occurred to me how many LE's were issued each of the last 10 years say in just the Las Vegas area including Henderson and No. Las Vegas
There would be a skewed number in 2000 for the Millennium but other wise I bet the numbers are on the rise. Why?, yes the collector and a 90 to 95 percent profit for the Casino, unless we all quit collecting next Sunday afternoon those chips are never going to see the inside of a Casino again. Rarity is one thing but I think as stated above to many LE's. I was trying to collect the Hard Rock chips but the small number releases and the rocketing prices of those on the street have caused me to give it up, I'm not going to be held hostage be any Casino or dealer. Paying $50 to $250 for a $25 chip a few days old is beyond my justification and depth of pockets. I would have collected the $25 Cure Chip at a fair price but instead has had just the reverse, now I've stopped just about all $25 chips. What's next a release of 200 $5 chips? That sould also give instant rarity to that chip and a price to match.
