I looked through "Blacks Catalog" of AC chips and it shows a picture of the chip with an orange ring and a picture of the same chip with a pink ring. It states that the one with the pink ring was only a sample. I really don't know if there was two different chips put out with the orange ring. I'm going to AC tomorrow and there's a chip store in the Ocean One Mall and I'll ask them if there were two different chips produced.
