I'm not sure what your objection here is.

OK its in violation of Ebay's choice policy but thats not a terrible thing.

He's honest in describing the chips.

S/H is a little high or a lot high depending on how he is shipping them. But the cost is plainly disclosed.

I wouldn't pay that much for these chips, but the Seller is being honest.
