Technically, it could be considered a violation of the 1964 Federal Wire Act. This is the same law that some lawmakers are citing for the illegal use of the internet to place wagers in off shore accounts. The interstate transmission of wagering information over the phone lines is the kicker they use. My first thought when I saw Brad's note, "I hope no one takes him up on this"
Andy's point was well taken, move to Vegas or at least get on a plane and fly out there. Brad or anyone else, should never ask someone on this BB to do something like that.
