It is illegal to take bets over the phone from out of State. Having someone ask you to make a bet on a BB like this one would (in my mind) only be a problem IF you stated that you would make the bet & then they had a way to prove you mailed the money out of State to the person who asked you. With my Station Casinos phone account I can only make bets from my home phone & have to make sure my call blocking is turned off so that they can verify my phone number. They also say that accounts are subject to call backs to verify that the person with the account is placing the bets.......I don't make bets for people, if they want to bet then they need to get a bookie or move here themselves.
