I mailed him some chips back in February. He has been a new issue subscriber of mine for 2 years. He has always paid for his chips within a few days of receiving them. But he hasn't taken care of the February package.

I've emailed him numerous times and sent him 3 postal mail letters, nothing has been returned but I have not gotten a response. I don't have his phone number, so I can't call him.

Very strange!
