Saying Paulson on the back, and being notched, it's a salesman's sample. Chip manufacturers do this to be able to show off their graphics capabilities. The real chip would either have the same image on the other side, or another image saying Rio, $5, etc. I don't have the real chip, so I can't show you what it looks like.
