This Eastertulips person (persons?) needs to have their auctions pulled. He's using ebay as an advertising medium at best & trying to scam people for their credit card information & money at worst. If you go to his (or her) website you will notice that they ship UPS only. There is no mention of USPS shipping being available. Is this how you avoid postal fraud charges?
