Hello, my dad sent me a chip he purchased from the chip museum in the Tropicana. It is a $5 Rio Chip with "Paulson" on the back. There is a date of 1995 on the front of the chip. Can anyone tell me about this chip? Was it a promotional item made by Paulson? Thanks for you help!! I've included a picture.
