In Quebec there are three casinos; Hull (close to the Ottawa Ontario), Montreal, and Charlevoix. They are owned by the provincial gov't. Only downside is the French deck. D=jack, R=queen, V=king. OK for blackjack, but a pain in Pai-Gow (when trying to compare your cards to the dealers).

Ontario has quite a few different casinos including; Casino Rama, Great Blue Heron, Brantford, and Niagra (in the Toronto area). Plus Windsor and Golden Eagle. You'd have to take a look at a map to figure out if a routing is possible.

If you are in Ottawa/Hull, there are a few on the NY side of the border across from Corwall in Hogansburg, NY. Plus others in NY near the Canadian border. Others may have additional info on these.
