If you are a member of the CC>CC there is a "Code of Ethics" that you are violating.

Specifically:
3. To base all of my dealings on the highest plane of justice, fairness and morality.
and ...
6. Not to sell, exhibit, produce nor advertise counterfeits, copies, reproductions or restrikes
of any item unless their nature is clearly indicated as such.
and ...
7. To represent casino collectibles as genuine only when to the best of my knowledge and belief, such items are in fact authentic, and when no significant question of their authenticity has been raised.
and ...
9. To furnish requested advice to the best of my ability and knowledge, and not to take advantage of superior knowledge on my part to the disadvantage of a less knowledgeable collector.
Do you get the picture? You know what you are doing is wrong. Just be honest about you are selling and there are no problems. There are hundreds of other fantasy chips for sale on eBay that are described as fantasy chips and that is OK.
