Well, you got a response (sort of, and indirectly) by posting this message, Charles.
The seller is Sam Heppler, aka by his email address as Cableman Sam, in Montana. He sells on ebay under the "bell313" name that you showed as 2 examples. He posted a response to Mike Skelton's comment, further down the string, but then had nothing to say. Oh, well.
Just "for the record", the Fudpucker's style chips, and many others like them, such as the Nevada brothels series, the abandoned mine series, etc. etc. are just blank Paulson chips upon which a gummed round label with a home-printer design has been affixed. If anyone's actually interested in them, Armin Pfaender had a bunch of different ones at the Casinorama show, and will probably have them at the Trop convention as well. As a novelty, I have nothing against somebody spending money on them, as long as they know what they are & how they are made. Personally, I'm betting you can find them in Armin's junk box before long. (And I'm not knocking Armin here.)
Also, for the record, the "Bugsy's Hideaway" and "Bugsy's Casino" chips are just RTPlastics chips sold at Gambler's General Store in Las Vegas. There's a bunch of colors and denominations, all priced at 55c (or maybe it was 65c) each, plus tax. Again, nothing wrong with them (I have some) as long as you know what they are, and what a competitive price for them is at GGS in Las Vegas.
