We can always count on you to bring up topics like this!! Anyway, here's the rebuttal:
Class 1 - How is this any different than what you say in another note about a dealer sitting on a hoard and issuing chips one by one milking collectors as they go along?

Class 2 - Agree 100%

Class 3 - How is this bad? Maybe for the seller it's bad but NOT the buyer! Would you pay MORE for ANY item if you knew of a place where you could get the same item at a cheaper price?? A no brainer IMO.
