Unfortunately its pay your money take your chances, learn by your mistakes.
I strongly doubt that ebay has anyone competent enough to make judgement on this category or any other for that matter, why should they care.
In the past prior to the implementation of their new policy, we were at least able to e-mail the sellers to either ask questions or complain.
I still think its a good idea.
As long as there is a buck to be made why should they take a position to scare away a potential payday.
It seems that in only blatant cases do they act.
About 6 months ago I had a seller removed only to find him back 3 days later under a different nom de plume and 30 days later under his original.
A month later he was suspended again and again is back in business. SAD state of affairs.
I had suggested at one point that the club keep track of sellers thru member complaints who continually violate the basic rules and provide a link on the CCGTCC web site with a list.
