The Arrow Club was located along historic Bridge Street in Winnemucca during the 40's.
They played Poker, Pan and Faro.
Found in a Bar on Bridge Street were 5 N/D colors
24 Black, 16 Red, 8 Blue,5 White and 3 Yellow.
More were found but discarded because of condition. Thought to have been from the Atomic Club at first until an 84 yr. old ex-owner of the Sonoma Inn corrected me. He picks one up and says" I had the paper route on Bridge St. Used to hand deliver the paper inside most of the Clubs here during the 40's. I was only 15-16 at the time, but played poker with my "route money" at the Arrow Club and these were the chips.....
