You don't tell us what has happened so it is tough to say whether you should post a name.

Has this person just not responded to you, or do you think they they deliberately ignoring you, or did they contact you and say "bug off"?

How long has this been going on?

Do these other emails you have received relate the same experience?

Is this other person a member of the CCGTCC?

You don't need to answer these for us. These are just the questions I think you need to address yourself.

It may be too late, but perhaps in the future a post to the board that says "Has anyone heard from ??????? lately?" may bring you some valuable information without risking the possibility that you call the guy a thief and then find out he's been in the hospital for three weeks.

BUT ONCE YOUR SURE THAT YOU'VE BEEN RIPPED OFF please do let us know who it is. And if they are a club member contact Jim Reilly the club's claim director.
