In my previous post there was no intention to suggest that value should be influenced by the possibility of uncovering more of an issue.

My point as you also stated was that there is always the POSSIBILITY of more lurking in the wings.
I believe and continue to do so that this, to some degree has an influence on what a person might pay for a chip.
Unlike with present day issues, older can not always be researched. As a result if a chip that was created as a prototype surfaces the above comment can still come into play.
