The W.V. senate passed the Governor's bill that will make the 9,000 or so bar video "fun" poker machines legal. Ultimately, if this trend continues, this will leave Utah, Hawaiia & New York as the only states that are pure [except of course NY has OTB, State Lotteries, instant lottery machines, pull tabs, Indian casinos] Review/Journal story link below.
