Notice the carefully worded description:
"Only 2-3 of these WERE ever known to exist."
Which, of course, implies that more are NOW known. Furthermore, are we to believe that Dean has two of the only "2 or 3".
The statement is almost certainly false anyway. Taken at face value, it means that only 2-3 were produced; otherwise, more than 2 or 3 had to have been "known" to someone (the manufacturer and the casino, at the very least).
