I have been told by AOL that the disconnect and access problems are based on where you are located. Southern California with our 300,000,000 legal residents puts a bit of a strain on the system, especially when everyone wants to bid on the same chip or check the board at the same time. Maybe AOL should provide more than the 20 or so lines they now provide for us huddled masses. Anyway, bottom line, AOL MUST GO!
