Just the fact that eBay will allow anyone to remain part of the "eBay community" (what a farse) with 14 neutrals and 19 negatives to remain on the block is a travesty to all of us in the eBay neighborhood. Kind of like having a neighbor who continues to annoy you to no end and you haven't given him a black eye yet.

I like the complaint he had where he would not give the final price and then charged triple for the postage. Guess when you don't get the price you want, gouge them for the postage. Nothing like paying $6 to have a chip mailed!
