Andy, I dealt my first hand of poker in 1961. I loved dealing and at times wished I had stayed a dealer instead of going into management.

I never once equated the size of the pot with the size of the toke. Dealers that do are only making their job harder, on themselves.

I am happy Jim is a good toker, I wish everyone was. Its just not the real world to think everyone is. When a plyer is playing high enough to win a $400,000 pot, he could very well be stuck 3 times that much when he wins it.
