The way it looks, you have to be there to sign up, no proxies. Only one to a person (two with the one in the mail). Can't walk around and find them (Bummer).
One other place I tried was, Danny's Slot Country.........They said some one about a month ago cleaned them out of all the cards they had left (Double Bummer).
