How about something like the stanley cup where you could display the chips around the base each year and add to it every year. Depending on how big around the base was, you could do one two or three years per level. You could put a small plaque with winner and year and the chips from that year going around. Every couple years the trophy would get taller by adding another level and repeating the process. That way all winners and chips could be displayed. A miniature copy could go to the winner to keep. By the way do you get batteries with those shirts.
