I'm not an apologist for Rene, but looking over his negatives, a number came in around the Christmas season and it looks like he just overloaded. Besides several of his complaints were followed up with acceptable responses. Frankly, we all have better things to do than to hammer on Rene. Sure he should have been scolded for buying up 200 Harrah's chips (if in fact he did) but I don't think he deserves the continued harrassment. Let him dangle awhile and see what happens.
