Why didn't anyone suggest this before? It's so simple. When you post the RR you are mailing out to the next person on the list ..... right after posting the delivery confirmation # ... simply post if there were any dupes or if there were NO dupes. The next person receiving the RR will know exactly what to look for.... and what to report on the routing sheet.
