I certainly understand your outrage. And, here is some more evidence of the mentality created by eBay's incredible success.
In their original "contract" to all who used their site, they pledged to "never use, sell, or otherwise distribute to any outside entidy, any names addresses or other private information disclosed to them at their request, by anyone buying or selling on eBay.
A couple days ago they released a statement saying, should the company ever sell, or otherwise change hands, they WILL sell their COMPLETE list of all eBay customers. NOW, what does that do for you. I'M OUTRAGED, Attorneys, can they legally do it?
