I address this to you since you asked the question but the response is not aimed to you personally but everyone who is trying to make an issue out of everything that is being done to promote the Club.

I don't remember exactly but the SS design was voted on by at least 4 Board members, it may have been all five. To my knowledge everything is being done to promote the Club and hobby. I know of no group or individual which will benefit.

This habit of assuming the worst and questioning the efforts of the Board is getting ridiculous. All I know about the O'Shea's chip design approval is what I have read on this and the Club board. All I have read is that our President instructed the Club secretary to notify the casino that they could use the Club logo to present a design to the Board for approval. The letter asked the casino to then submit the design to the Board for approval which is what is going on now. No where did I read that a design had been approved or that the Board had given the casino the right to procede. I believe the last note I saw said they had asked for better artwork so they could go through Board approval. Please show me where anyone has said the chip has yet been approved. Maybe you know facts that have not been posted to the board, if so please make them public.

Give the Board a chance to do their job. Why must everyone take everything out of context to try and make the Board look bad?
